iForce is the system of record for businesses that put people on sites. A guard checks in at the gate; the client approves the day on WhatsApp; the invoice is built from what they approved; payroll, statutory filings and the ledger follow on their own. One spine, no spreadsheets, nothing entered twice.
§ 01 — How it works
Most agencies bill from a muster sheet the client has never seen, then spend two weeks defending it. iForce inverts that: the client approves each day as it happens, so by the time you invoice there is nothing left to dispute.
01 / DEPLOY
Contracts carry the required strength per site, shift and skill. The roster is built against it, so a gap is visible before it becomes a penalty.
02 / PROVE
Guards mark attendance from the site on an entry-level Android phone. Geofenced, mock-location checked, with a printed site-QR fallback and full offline capture.
03 / CONFIRM
A daily digest reaches the client's SPOC on WhatsApp. One tap approves; anything wrong is flagged as an exception there and then. Silence auto-confirms after the window in the contract.
04 / COLLECT
The cycle locks, the GST invoice is generated from confirmed duties only, and it posts itself to receivables and the ledger. Payroll and statutory dues run off the same attendance.
§ 02 — One platform
Not an attendance app bolted to an accounting package. One record of what happened on site, and every downstream document derived from it — so the roster, the invoice, the payslip and the trial balance can never disagree.
Geofenced marking, QR fallback, offline sync, checkpoint scans, alertness challenges, a live wall across every site.
WhatsApp digests, one-tap approval, exception handling, deemed-confirmed windows, and a client portal with the whole trail.
GST invoicing with RCM, versioned rate cards, credit and debit memos, AR aging, credit exposure, collections with TDS.
Salary structures per employee, PF, ESI and PT with the statutory caps, advances with recovery schedules, runs to payslips to ledger.
Every document posts its own balanced voucher. Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, day book, cash and bank books — always current.
Purchase orders to vendors, bills, reason-coded returns, uniform and consumable issues, stock by location, inter-firm transfers with tax documents.
Several firms and GSTINs in one account, each with its own chart, document series and print templates. Branches and role-based access underneath.
Built for the phones your guards actually carry. Works with no signal and syncs when back on network. Supervisors sign in with an OTP.
Employees, clients, sites and contracts import from Excel against a downloadable template. Every row is validated before anything is written.
§ 03 — Compliance
The filings that eat a week every month are generated from the same attendance the invoices came from — named as the inspector names them, not as a generic export.
Nothing here is a template you fill in by hand. If the duty was marked and confirmed, it is already in the register.
§ 04 — The reports room
Four rooms — operations, finance, payroll, inventory. Beyond the statutory registers are the analyses that actually find money: duty you confirmed but never invoiced, sites losing money inside profitable clients, stock that stopped moving.
Every report exports to Excel, PDF and HTML as standard.
Install it directly on your supervisors' and guards' phones. Works offline, syncs when back on network, and runs on entry-level hardware. You will need to allow installation from outside the Play Store.
§ 05 — Pricing
What an agency running 200 guards across 12 sites needs is not what a 5,000-strong multi-state operation needs, and a published per-seat number would be wrong for both. Tell us your headcount, sites and the firms you bill under, and you get a figure for your actual operation.
We will also tell you honestly if iForce is not the right fit.
